I offer in-home postpartum doula care tailored to each family’s needs. Services may include newborn care, feeding guidance (breast, bottle, or combination), emotional reassurance, help establishing rest and daily rhythms, and light household tasks such as laundry, dishes, or simple meal preparation. I also offer overnight care for families seeking protected rest, as well as optional support packages.
When helpful, I can also connect families with trusted local resources and referrals.

My approach is rooted in Montessori principles—respect, observation, and thoughtful support—combined with hands-on postpartum doula care. In addition to being a postpartum doula, I am also a Montessori Nido and Toddler teacher with a background in psychology and yoga, which allows me to support families with a calm, developmentally informed perspective.
Rather than offering one-size-fits-all advice, I focus on understanding each family’s rhythms, environment, and needs. My goal is to provide steady, practical support that builds confidence and helps families feel capable and supported during the early postpartum period.

I offer both hourly support and optional support packages, with rates varying based on the type of care provided (daytime or overnight). I also offer community-based options, and a limited Islander Rate for local families.
I never want pricing to be a barrier to support. If you’re unsure what you need or concerned about cost, I encourage you to reach out anyway. We can talk through options, referrals, and what support might feel most accessible for your family.

Working with me is calm, supportive, and judgment-free. I approach each visit with care and flexibility, taking time to observe, listen, and understand what feels most helpful for your family in that moment.
I offer steady, hands-on support while respecting your rhythms and preferences—whether that means caring for your newborn while you rest, talking through feeding questions, helping around the house, or simply offering a reassuring presence. My goal is for families to feel supported, capable, and more at ease as they settle into life with a new baby.
